He is a post graduate in Commerce from Lucknow University in 1986. He has qualified in 1989 and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has conducted various statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, management audit and audit for nonprofit non government organization.
